Some additional information to make your conference days easier!

Lunch
There is no official lunch time and you can use your lunch vouchers anytime you want during the lunch hours of Juvenes restaurant from 10.30 to 14.30. We want to apologize for the inconvenience we caused by not informing about this properly.

Evening party
Please take your conference pass when coming to the evening party. The evening party is at Klubi which is located at Tullikamarin aukio 2 and starts at 21.00.

Staff is here to help you!
If you have any questions, just ask one of our staff members, we’re here to help you! You can recognize us by the staff badges and there is always someone at the conference info desk to help you.

Restrooms
In the main lobby, the restrooms are located on the same side as the conference info desk. Downstairs, where the workshops and paper sessions are located, the restrooms are close to the outdoors near the paper session lecture halls.
