How can Quantified Self improve Mental Health?

Quantified self is tracking data about yourself to improve your quality of life. Quantified Self is used to improve not only physical health, but also mental health. During our workshop we will introduce the subject and like to discuss the benefits, the (privacy)risks and reliability of tracking personal health data. We’re also going to introduce some examples of useful apps for the audience. We are going to present our research results, based on (international)expert interviews. We will let the participants experience the use of Quantified Self. The audience will be involved in many different ways.
