Afternoon tours
Some of the afternoon tours in social program have an entrance fee. We are collecting the fees at the university before the tours, so we are asking for everyone participating the tours to bring the exact amount of entrance fee with them in cash, since we cannot provide any change for the paid entrance fees. Gala dinner
The dress code for gala dinner is formal / smart casual. There is no organised transportation to the venue. Gala dinner starts at 7 p.m. and we are requesting for everyone to arrive on time. Finlayson Palace (address: Kuninkaankatu 1) is situated a bit further from the city centre but it is within walking distance (10 min walk). Depending on where you are staying you have a few possibilities to arrive to the venue. Buses 3, 24 and 37 will take you quite near and almost all of the buses stop at the central square. Evening party
BOBCATSSS private evening party starts at 9 p.m. After midnight the doors will be open to the public until 4 a.m. For BOBCATSSS private party the entrance and coat check are free of charge. If you arrive after midnight, the entrance fee (2€), and possibly coat check fee, will be charged from you and they only accept cash for the coat check.

We advise you to take your personal ID (passport, driver’s license etc.) with you, since BOBCATSSS private evening party takes place at a club where the minimum age limit is 18 years and you might have to prove your age.
