Submit your BOBCATSSS 2017 registration via the online registration form. The participation fee includes the conference program and materials, lunches, coffees and social program. (Please note that the gala dinner is not included in the conference registration price.)
It is possible to buy a ticket to the gala dinner while registering to the conference. The gala dinner will be held on the 25th of January and an extra fee of 25 euros is charged for attending the gala dinner. The number of gala dinner tickets available is limited, so act quickly to ensure your place at the dinner table.
Group registration is also available. If you register a group, the members of the group can change or add to their information through the links which only you receive in the confirmation email.

The participation fee(s) is to be paid when registering for the event. The payment is to be made either with credit card or by using PayPal or online banking (no additional charges). You can also choose invoicing as your payment method, in which case an invoicing fee of 20 euros (VAT 0 %) will be added to the sum total. If members of a group are registered with the same form, the invoicing fee will be added only once to the collective invoice. NB! Invoicing and online banking are available only for Finnish participants from Finnish organizations.
Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary 20 euros (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.
For cancellations received by 26 December 2016, the paid registration fees will be refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. All requests for cancellations, refunds and registration transfers must always be made by e-mail to [email protected].
